About this Yoga Clinic:

Sleep troubles? You’re not alone! Insomnia is one of the leading health complaints in America. The good news is that yoga therapy offers simple, but potent practices that can help improve your sleep so that you wake up feeling nourished and replenished.

This clinic will include:
  • How to cultivate basic sleep habits that support restful sleep
  • Evidenced-based yoga and mindfulness practices for insomnia that really work
  • Understanding what makes sleep issues worse and what helps from both a clinical and lifestyle perspective
  • A range of ‘mini’ practices you can do at different times of the day that lead to better sleep
  • Weekly guided audio practices for at home
  • Resources and supportive reading materials
