This clinic will include:

- Evidenced-based yoga and mindfulness practices for insomnia that really work
- Understanding what makes sleep issues worse and what helps from both a clinical and lifestyle perspective
- A range of ‘mini’ practices you can do at different times of the day that lead to better sleep
- Weekly guided audio practices for at home
- Resources and supportive reading materials
