- Simple breath based yoga practices that you can integrate into your daily life to address both the symptoms and the root causes of anxiety
- Meditations and self-reflections that calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and transform emotional patterns.
- Why these practices are so effective – the inner workings of anxiety through the lens of neuroscience, somatic psychology & mindfulness
This yoga series includes:
- Weekly audio recordings of yoga practices and guided meditations
- Weekly practice sheets with yoga postures and breathing practices
- Time for rich discussions on the nature of anxiety and what it teaches us about ourselves and our own lives
